Dynamo Kiev boss Sergei Rebrov looking for immediate response to defeat

Head coach Sergei Rebrov wants Dynamo Kiev to respond swiftly from a first loss in 38 Ukrainian Premier League matches in Tuesday's Champions League clash with Chelsea.

Head coach Sergei Rebrov wants Dynamo Kiev to respond swiftly from a first loss in 38 Ukrainian Premier League matches in Tuesday's Champions League clash with Chelsea.
The 41-year-old former Tottenham and West Ham striker's side lost 3-0 to Shakhtar Donetsk on Friday at NSK Olimpiysky as a run, which dated to defeat at Metalurh Donetsk on April 27, 2014, was ended.
Dynamo's most recent home defeat in the league was on April 16, 2014, to Shakhtar, but they have lost just one of their last 10 European home games, recording seven wins.
"We are all upset," Rebrov said.
"We must forget this terrible match and start getting ready for the game against Chelsea."
Dynamo began Group G with a 2-2 draw at home to Porto before a 2-0 win at Maccabi Tel-Aviv last time out.
Rebrov, who was renowned for his partnership with former Chelsea striker Andriy Shevchenko when they played together at Dynamo Kiev, has had a successful start to management.
He was appointed interim coach in April 2014, replacing Oleh Blokhin and almost immediately won Dynamo's first trophy in five years, in the Ukrainian Cup.
Rebrov's first full season in charge brought a domestic double, an undefeated Dynamo securing the Premier League title with two matches to spare.
They also reached the Europa League quarter-finals, with Everton among the sides defeated en route.
Rebrov added: "We analysed our mistakes and I hope you'll see another team tomorrow.
"I'm glad we don't have much time to think about our misfortune.

"We have to switch to another very important match, and I cannot imagine what can motivate the players more than Chelsea in the Champions League."
